We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Leader to create a safe and supportive environment for children and families at Partou Upton. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to implement the EYFS, oversee planning, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing the EYFS and managing a busy nursery
• Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and local authorities
• Identifying training needs and developing plans for team members

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and Maths GCSE
• Strong leadership and management skills and a passion for early childhood education
• Experience in a nursery setting and a commitment to equal opportunities
