Recruitment professionals are seeking a passionate Room Leader for a reputable nursery inUpton.

Position: Room Leader

Location: Dulwich

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shifts Pattern: Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:30pm, 40 hours a week.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft age-appropriate curriculum for holistic child development.
- Nurturing care ensuring safety and well-being.
- Lead and mentor a passionate educator team.
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive learning space.
- Partner with parents for a child's journey.

Qualifications:

- Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare.
- Exceptional leadership and motivation skills.
- Stellar communication & interpersonal abilities.
- Deep passion for early childhood education.
- Experience in childcare is a plus.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
