This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Powered Access Engineer to join a reputable company with a strong reputation in the commercial vehicle sector. As a key member of the MEWP and ancillary equipment team, you will be responsible for providing service, maintenance, and breakdown repair on access platforms and On-Board Power Systems to a wide-ranging customer base.

As a Powered Access Engineer, you will be expected to work remotely on a mobile basis throughout the Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire area. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing access platforms and On-Board Power Systems, as well as providing technical support to customers.

Requirements:

  • CAP certification and experience working on powered access equipment
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and basic fault-finding on electrics
  • Experience of working on 12v / 24v power systems and vehicle ancillary equipment is desirable, but not essential
