Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at JD Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience in our stores.
  • Drive sales by exceeding sales targets, utilizing in-store devices, and offering the customer the whole product range.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, including keeping stock clean and presentable, replenishing stock levels, and ensuring that product is priced correctly.
  • Deputise for other staff, work within departments, or carry out other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Confident and outgoing, with effective selling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
