Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team at H. Samuel. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building product knowledge, and driving sales growth. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a keen interest in jewellery, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
