Carpentry Specialist

Job Title: Carpenter and Joiner

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter and Joiner to cover Southend, Southeast England.

This is a Permanent – Full Time position with 40 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work in social housing settings. This includes minor plumbing works, building work, ground works, and drainage related tasks.

You must have a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
