Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert care to patients with complex needs, focusing on symptom management and end-of-life support
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement palliative care services and initiatives
  • Ensure seamless communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified GMC registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Two referee contact details available for verification
  • OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CLEARANCE REQUIRED
  • DBS clearance (formerly CRB)
