Job Summary

Folkestone Girls is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Director of Science to join our team. As a key member of our Science Department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of our science curriculum, ensuring that our students receive a world-class education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive science curriculum that aligns with national standards and benchmarks.
  • Lead and manage a team of science teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
