About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in colorectal nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor systems and processes to ensure comprehensive patient assessment, planning, and evaluation.
  • Communicate complex information to medical colleagues and prioritize patient care.
  • Supervise the treatment and management of patient care, promoting patient and public involvement in service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met.
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • RGN, RSCN, RM, or RN Adult qualification.
  • First Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Post-registration qualifications or evidence in the speciality or relevant field.
  • Broad range of clinical experience, significant post-registration at a senior level in this speciality.
