Job Overview
The Gatehouse Theatre is a provincial theatre in the heart of Stafford. It has a busy received season showing a variety of Music, Comedy and Drama. The theatre produces 3 studio Youth theatre shows and 1 main house summer school per year. We are looking for an experienced Artistic Project Manager to oversee and be responsible for the delivery of all in-house produced shows and co-productions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a smooth production process by working with the theatre management team, technical teams and creative teams.
  • Plan and deliver the get in and get out of all produced work.
  • Ensure compliance, efficiency, and professional standards within the production department.

Requirements
  • At least one year's Production Management experience.
  • Experience of working with freelance creative staff, production staff and stage managers.
  • An understanding of equal opportunity and cultural diversity issues.
