About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Swan House, a residential care home in Winslow, Buckinghamshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting adults in a care setting or in the community with daily living tasks and activities
  • Providing person-centred care and support, promoting dignity and respect for all residents
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
