Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Bournemouth. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live dignified and independent lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
Personalised Care: Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and respecting their personal preferences.
Companionship: Build strong relationships with clients, providing companionship, engaging in friendly conversations, and participating in shared activities.
Household Assistance: Undertake light household duties, including cleaning and laundry, to create a pleasant living environment for clients.
Meal Preparation: Assist with meal preparation, considering individual dietary requirements and preferences.
Mobility Assistance: Support clients with mobility exercises, promoting physical well-being and encouraging healthy lifestyles.
Medication Management: Assist clients in adhering to medication regimes, handling prescriptions responsibly, and monitoring their health.

Requirements
Empathic Nature: A genuine desire to help others and embody Home Instead's values in every interaction.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.
Teamwork: Ability to work harmoniously both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable.

Salary and Benefits
