About the Role
">Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team. As the Senior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our landmark site in West London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Compliance Management: Ensuring the site adheres to all legal, health & safety, including compliance with the Building Safety Act.
- Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, accounts, and client reporting with precision and transparency.
- Team Leadership: Leading and supporting onsite staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Site Management: Conducting regular inspections and managing maintenance, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Leaseholder Communication: Managing relationships with leaseholders and overseeing the S20 process.
- Major Works and Defect Resolution: Leading defect management and major works projects effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring all property systems and back-office administration run seamlessly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned property professional to take ownership of a high-profile development and make a significant impact. The salary range for this position is £62,500-£72,500 per annum, depending on experience.
