Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury development in Wembley. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property management, with expertise in financial management, staff supervision, and legislative compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to legal and health & safety regulations.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the development, including budgeting, accounting, and client reporting.
  • Lead and motivate onsite staff, conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with leaseholders, providing effective communication and administering S20 processes as needed.
  • Coordinate major works and defect management, ensuring seamless operations onsite and back-office administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property systems, utilizing MRI Qube or similar software.
