As a Care Professional, you'll play a vital role in delivering our unique approach to care, focusing on building meaningful relationships and providing tailored support to meet each client's needs.

Responsibilities:

* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping them stay engaged and connected with their community
* Assist with daily tasks, such as cooking, light housekeeping, and personal care, to promote independence and well-being
* Accompany clients to appointments and outings, helping them stay active and involved

What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of £13.00, with £26.00 on Bank Holidays

Requirements:

* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
* DBS check or valid DBS on the update service
