About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant in Romford, Hornchurch & Rainham. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients, providing them with companionship, support, and care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, to help maintain a healthy and independent lifestyle.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, ensuring their safety and well-being.
