Job Title: Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Admin Assistant to join our team at PropRec. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and leaseholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to leaseholders and residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the contractors log and log book for staff coming in and out, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Raise orders, including working out the correct allocation to the schedule and apportionment, and seeking approval as required.
  • Produce notices and letters, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Take minutes when required at meetings, ensuring they are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings, contributing to discussions and providing updates on tasks and projects.
  • Register staff sickness/absence, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Print reports, as required, to support the administration of the business.
  • Maintain the register, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conduct inspections of buildings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required.
