About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Nursing to join our team at Evelina London Children's Community services. As a key member of our directorate management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care within the directorate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational nursing advice and expertise to the directorate management team
  • Lead and manage the delivery of nursing services across the directorate
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver key strategic and operational objectives
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective nursing patient care within budget constraints

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse on the NMC register
  • Relevant Masters/MBA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of delivering effective nursing services as a senior nurse manager
