Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team at A for Appointments. As the first point of contact for our Sheffield office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage the recruitment process, including corresponding with recruitment agencies and candidates
  • Assist with HR and Finance functions, including absence recording, employee relations, and budget management
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to complete tasks with high-quality standards
  • Good understanding of office management principles and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and independently
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (Xero or Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 based on experience
  • Pension: Employers pension contributions of 5% to accompany a 3% employees contribution
  • Holiday: 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays
