Are you an experienced IT professional looking to take on a new challenge?

As a seasoned IT Manager with a background in ERP systems (SAP Business One), you will have the opportunity to develop and implement IT strategy for a growing FMCG organisation in Kent. This is a brand new position where you will have just one direct report, and you will be responsible for improving third-party vendor management and IT strategy.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of up to £60k, 33 days' holiday, and a pension scheme. If you have experience in developing IT strategy, implementing ERP systems, and managing IT operations, then this could be the ideal role for you.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing IT strategy to support business growth

• Managing third-party vendor relationships to ensure effective IT operations

• Leading a small team of IT professionals to achieve business objectives

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement IT solutions

• Ensuring IT operations are aligned with business strategy and goals

• Managing IT budgets and resources to achieve business objectives

• Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the organisation remains competitive

• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs

• Identifying and mitigating IT risks to ensure business continuity

• Developing and implementing IT training programs to ensure staff have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement IT solutions to improve business processes

• Ensuring IT operations are aligned with business strategy and goals
