Job Title: Qualified Adult Social Worker
Location: South Yorkshire
Social Work Role in Hospital SettingLiquid Personnel is seeking a qualified and experienced adult social worker to join their team. The successful candidate will be based in the Hospital Social Work team, working closely with healthcare professionals across acute and intermediate care settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and complete Care Act and Mental Capacity Assessments.
- Lead on best interest decision-making and contribute to complex discharge planning processes.
- Collaborate with health colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
- Conduct safeguarding investigations using a strengths-based approach.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration is mandatory.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
- A degree-level qualification in Social Work is necessary.
- A minimum of 12 months post-qualified experience as a Social Worker is expected.
- $50 per hour (equivalent to £35/hour)
- Flexible remote or hybrid working arrangements are available.
