Join Our Team as a Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Walmer, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children with mild learning disabilities and autism.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant position, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent is also required. In addition, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to children
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with Ofsted regulations and best practice
  • Collaborate with parents, Local Authorities, and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Manage staff rotas, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated team

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant position
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
