Deputy Manager Opportunity

Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our hotel. As an ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer satisfaction at site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the management of the hotel
  • Deputise in their absence
  • Drive the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the creation of an inclusive culture within the business
