Job Title: Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with special needs, developing strategies to help them succeed academically and personally
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a sense of belonging and trust
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to create engaging lessons and activities that cater to diverse learning styles
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and empathetic attitude
  • Experience working with children with special needs (advantageous)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
