Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Bristol Emersons Green Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

About the Role

As a Senior Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners and ensuring that every child's needs are met. You will work closely with the nursery management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Ensure that every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and development of our children
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education.
