Job Title: Fire Alarm Service

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Service professional to join our team at H&K Fire Engineering. As a Fire Alarm Service professional, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and technical support of fire alarm systems. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their fire alarm systems are functioning correctly and provide expert advice on system upgrades and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Provide technical support to clients on fire alarm systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Commission new fire alarm systems and ensure they are fully functional before handover to clients.
  • Perform fire inspections and provide expert advice on fire safety and risk assessment.
  • Work closely with our project delivery team to integrate fire alarm systems into new projects.
  • Provide a professional service to clients, including regular reporting and communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fire alarm systems maintenance and technical support.
  • FIA or equivalent training is highly desirable.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
