We are looking for an experienced SEND Learner Support Tutor to join our team at Merton College. In this role, you will provide individualized support to learners with complex needs, developing personalized learning plans and implementing strategies to promote independence and academic achievement.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure that learners receive comprehensive support. As a SEND Learner Support Tutor, you will also participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance processes.

The salary for this role is approximately £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include access to subsidised sports facilities, professional development opportunities, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
