Hybrid Working (3 office, 2 WHF),

Client Service Manager (Accounts) £35,000 - £38,000 + Pension Scheme + Holiday + EAP + Free Parking + Training Support Ferndown

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the company's continued success by building and maintaining crucial client relationships, while ensuring income and billing targets are met.

You will oversee your own portfolio of accounts and work client-facing, with the opportunity to capitalise on your expertise with ongoing training support.

The Accountancy Practice boasts a highly skilled team of Chartered Accountants and Financial Planners, supplying bespoke solutions for their database of clients which range from sole traders to limited companies and even charities.

From Tax Planning to Business Services, client care is at the forefront of what they do, with open and honest communication to ensure that their stellar reputation is upheld.

The role involves managing a complete client portfolio, controlling budgets, acting as an ambassador, promoting services to existing and potential clients, and motivating and mentoring all members of the team.
