Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advocacy and support to vulnerable adults, ensuring their rights and needs are respected and met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized support plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, policies, and best practices to provide informed advocacy and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in advocacy, support, or a related field, with a strong focus on vulnerable adult services.
