Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our distinguished security team at Securitas Security Services. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in protecting critical information across air, maritime, land and cyber domains.
Your responsibilities will include the secure protection of property, company assets and the safety of visiting customers and employees. You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring access at control points, including vehicle barriers and reception stations, and conducting regular internal and external patrols to ensure site security.
You will also be responsible for escorting contractors and visitors, registering them, issuing temporary badges and managing vehicle bookings. Additionally, you will monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities and respond to security breaches, providing a proactive and visible security presence.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be required to have a SIA Licence, Full UK Driving Licence with own transport, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Essential Skills
- SIA Licence

- Right to work in the UK and 5 year checkable history
- Ability to pass a high level of security clearance
- Previous security experience - 1-2yrs minimum
- Experience with gatehouse operations, CCTV use and Access Control passes
- IT Literate
