About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Technical Lead to join our Citation Group in Bracknell.

This is a unique opportunity to lead technical decisions and shape our tech strategy, driving innovation and growth for our HR Tech business.

  • Achieve complex solution architecting for workplace training
  • Mentor high-performers and build elite engineering teams

To be successful, you will have:

  • Senior Software Engineer background with strong PHP expertise
  • Deep knowledge of modern PHP frameworks
  • Experience with serverless AWS Lambda functions (ideally in PHP)
  • Proven track record building serverless architectures
  • Strong AWS cloud infrastructure experience
  • Practiced in implementing automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
  • Evidence of integrating secure software development best practices
