Job Title: Site Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Process Engineer to join our team in Rugby, UK. As a key member of our operational leadership team, you will be responsible for driving process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement across our EU Customer Fulfillment Network.

About the Role

The Site Process Engineer will work closely with our Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team, specifically with Process System Engineering (PSE), ACES PM, launch teams, operations engineering, and reliability and maintenance (RME) teams to improve input metrics for each process path. Your primary objective will be to minimize variation between shifts, buildings, and regions to deliver strong operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process control strategies to drive performance improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and channel resources to address gaps in input metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to operational leaders across the FC network
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited institution
  • English language proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference C1)
  • Experience in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality, Operations, or Logistics
  • Project Portfolio Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong professional experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
  • Relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to motivate a team
