Key Responsibilities:- Process orders and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize stockroom operations
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, 06:00am - 14:30pm or 14:00pm - 22:30pm
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.73
