Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any cleaning-related issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of our facilities, including equipment and supplies.
  • Participate in on-call rota to provide 24/7 support for emergency cleaning situations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel between sites.
