About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at YMCA England & Wales. As a key member of the store team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and promoting the work of YMCA England & Wales within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the store's merchandise and ensure it is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  2. Implement effective marketing strategies to engage with customers and promote the work of YMCA England & Wales.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,408 per annum, plus benefits including pension, 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), regular salary reviews, sick pay, and access to employee assistance programs. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have relevant retail experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A DBS check and safeguarding self-declaration will be required prior to commencement.
