Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our team and external developers to design and develop engaging training content.
  • Standardize and optimize training material content for a unified online platform, ensuring coherence, accessibility, and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to review and refine training content for suitability.
  • Ensure adherence to established training design standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing software training content for end-users.
  • Proficiency in code version control systems, particularly Git, with experience in branching, merging, and handling pull requests.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to team success.
