SEN Specialist Role

Protocol Education is currently working closely with mainstream primary schools in Richmond who are seeking qualified and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with them on a long-term basis.

We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have previous experience of working with pupils on a 1:1 basis, who have speech and language difficulties or behavioural issues. It would also be beneficial if you have worked with pupils with or using the following:

  1. Makaton
  2. PECS - Picture Exchange Communication System
  3. Behavioural issues
  4. Autism
