About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and participate fully in college life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide educational and mentoring support for students with SEN
  • Assist with teaching and learning activities
  • Support learners with disabilities to access the curriculum
  • Work under the direction of the Curriculum Leader for Engineering and Motor Vehicles
Requirements
  • Good organizational, administrative, and planning skills
  • Commitment to the academic and personal development of students with additional needs
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and think ahead
