Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to provide individualized support and enable them to access the curriculum. You will assist in the delivery of a planned programme of learning support, allowing students to participate in all aspects of college life and work towards their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, including 1:1 and small group work
  • Assist in the delivery of a planned programme of learning support
  • Enable students to access the curriculum and participate in all aspects of college life
  • Work with students to achieve their desired outcomes and learning goals
