Job Overview
King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join its team in Older Adults Frailty Services. As a key member of the department, you will assist occupational therapists in maintaining high standards of patient care by undertaking delegated clinical programmes of management.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting occupational therapists in Older Adults Frailty Services with delegated clinical programmes of management
- Undertaking general administration to support the running of the department
- Utilising and stock checking resources and equipment
- Performing other non-clinical tasks as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekend commitments
- Knowledge of occupational therapy and experience of providing support to people with healthcare difficulties
