About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our EMEA Finance team. As a key member of our Commercial Finance organization, you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Commercial Business Unit and partnering with financial counterparts to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability in EMEA.
  • Partner with the VP Sales and EMEA Leadership Team to align product roadmap, customer assortment, and pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Lead the EMEA AOP and LTFM processes, creating dynamic models to simulate different scenarios and aligning on targets to deliver strategic goals.
  • Oversee the monthly forecasting process, ensuring the financial plan meets targets and making recommendations to maximize profit.
  • Review and approve all EMEA customer pricing, T&Cs, and special deals.
  • Recommend criteria, develop targets, and calculate quarterly achievement of Sales Incentive Plans for all EMEA Channels.
  • Develop financial presentation packages for review with Senior Leadership and various business partners on a periodic basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Significant years of financial experience in a global company.
  • Experience with electronic or high-technology consumer goods company preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to propose positive business solutions, insights, and actions from data and analysis.
