Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and reliable qualified Nursery Assistant to work on a long-term basis in one of our Nurseries.

This role is for school hours (8:30 - 3:30) Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the care and education of children aged 3-5 years old
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and development
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of engaging activities and lessons

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
  • Clear Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
