Job Title: Team Leader Customer Emergency Response Team
Job Summary:
The Team Leader Customer Emergency Response Team will be responsible for overseeing the work of the Customer Emergency Response Team and setting and achieving targets in line with service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the work of the Customer Emergency Response Team and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- To set and achieve targets in line with service requirements, including customer satisfaction and response times.
- To manage and develop the team, including providing training and support as needed.
- To work closely with other teams and departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a team leadership position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work from a designated office location and will be required to work a 4 on 4 off rotational shift pattern.
