Apprentice Credit Controller

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Credit Controller. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and invoices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Work closely with the finance team to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
