An exciting opportunity has emerged at Future for a Credit and Cash Flow Manager to safeguard the financial well-being of the organization.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely payment collections and overseeing the credit granting process. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of credit control and collection specialists, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results and exceeds performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement forward-thinking credit policies and procedures to mitigate risks and optimize cash flow.

Evaluate and approve credit applications, adapting credit limits and terms in response to market conditions.

Work closely with the credit insurance team to ensure seamless communication and risk management.

Monitor customer accounts proactively to manage and mitigate credit risk effectively.

Collections Management:

Oversee a dynamic collections process, ensuring rapid and efficient recovery of receivables.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to reduce delinquent accounts and improve customer relationships.

Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and maintain positive customer relationships.

Leadership:

Work closely with team members to support project goals and company objectives.

Facilitate team meetings and collaborative sessions to enhance team cohesion and performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular reports on credit and collections activities, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for strategic improvement.

Present findings and proactive recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing a busy Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Collections team.

Good technical skills, including Excel, reporting writing, and dashboard creation.

Familiarity with commercial awareness and passion for developing people.
