The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 30 employees, ensuring they meet health and safety, quality, and time criteria. This includes establishing and maintaining a good housekeeping regime, working closely with the team to achieve operational excellence.

The role involves working Monday to Thursday, 7 hours a day, with 20 days annual leave, plus Christmas and Bank Holidays, and private medical insurance. The salary for this position is estimated at £60,000 per annum, based on national averages and industry standards.
