Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Night Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the night housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
- Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
