Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our dynamic team at Insite Public Practice Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a crucial role in the company's expansion by providing expert financial reporting and analysis services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce comprehensive and accurate monthly profit and loss reports, ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Perform thorough balance sheet and account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Manage weekly payroll processing, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor production efficiency and costs, implementing strategies to optimize performance and reduce expenses.
  • Oversee supplier relationships, including setup and payment terms, to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective procurement.
  • Verify supplier pricing against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage inter-company transactions, handling supplier refunds for defective or substandard goods, and collaborating with the receiving team on delivery issues.
  • Conduct regular price and process audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong accounting background with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of financial markets and trends.
