Site Operations Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Operations Associate to join our team. As a Site Operations Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working to a schedule, weather permitting, to ensure the site remains in a clean and tidy state.
  • Maintaining hygiene in offices, canteen, and toilets by conducting regular checks throughout the day.
  • Emptying all bins on site and disposing of waste in the correct skips.
  • Operating the road sweeper to keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
  • Ensuring all walkways are kept clean, unobstructed, and dry.
  • Managing cleaning supplies and alerting the office team when stock needs replacing.
  • Power washing all MHE and keeping them in a clean condition.
  • Patrolling the site to keep outside areas litter-free.
  • Keeping the Coshh store clean and organized.
