Trainee Mortgage Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for administering mortgages to the offer stage, establishing and developing relationships with Estate Agencies, and placing cases with lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering mortgages to the offer stage
  • Establishing and developing relationships with Estate Agencies
  • Placing cases with lenders
  • Telephoning warm leads and booking appointments after training
  • Conducting mortgage and protection appointments after further training

Essential Criteria:

  • Enthusiastic to learn
  • Personable
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000, which will gradually increase to £26,700 once the CeMAP qualification is completed. You will also receive full training and development, and will be supported in your studies. The CeMAP qualification will be paid for, and you will have the opportunity to progress through a clear career development plan.
